Fars Scout Industrial Co, as company executing projects has been usually faced to the management of the risks.
Risk Management: Managing the risks is a series of actual procedures to find out the action which can be happened in uncertain and ambiguous conditions. This can be done by searching, studying, verification, and thinking of the worrying issues causing risks.
Risk analysis involves the following five steps:
- Searching the risk in execution of a project.
- Having a meeting to find means for finding the procedures to eliminate or reduce the risks. The meeting should follow a set of predefined format defining following “if”, “then”, “when”, “why” , “where”, and “how” queries.
- Based on above steps the “HSE Plan” is prepared.
- Managing the execution of the project based on implementation of “HSE Plan” in highest priority.
- Observing the actual execution of the project to find out any deviation from “HSE Plan” and blocking the action to prevent the risks.
In “HSE Plan” the risky actions and situations are well defined and the safety equipment and procedures are predicted. The liability insurance policy is modified if needed according to the risk analysis of the project execution.
