Oil Industries Engineering and Construction ( OIEC ) was the main contractor of Siri NGL Plant. Fars Scout Industrial Co. was the subcontractor of:

• Procurement and construction of NGL export terminal at island jetty.

• Commissioning of the DCS, ESD, and F&G systems for the whole NGL Plant

• Electrical, control and instrumentation maintance and calibration services in the first year of production.
