Production and injection of Hypochlorite sodium to industrial water is aimed to prevent growth and accumulation of Microorganisms, algae, fungus, and other marine organisms in industrial water treatment units.

This package includes electrolysis cells, solenoid valves for controlling of water distribution, Cells water washing sub-package and Cells Acid washing sub-package, de-hydrogenating and storage tank, control system and DC voltage supply drivers for electrolysis electric current.

Whereas sodium hypochlorite package receives water as process media from seawater pumps, in addition to the main equipment, the system needs pressure regulation and filtration, and filter back wash sub-package.

All equipment such as sodium hypochlorite production, cells acid and water washing, and sea water regulation and filtration is controlled manually and automatically by the control system.

Different production capacities may be achieved by putting the main and stand by electrolyzer cells in parallel.
