    Fars Scout Industrial Co. Provides control system for GRP Flange and Bushing. Mechanical part of the machines are designe and produce in our sister company. The control system provides:

    • Control speed of two motors one transversal movement of the machine and the other drum rotation of the machine.
    •  Drum of the machine used for GRP flange and bushing is folded pneumatically.
    • Programming facilities for controlling the fiber and resin in construction of the flange and bushing.
    • Programming the speed of the transversal and rotation movement to ensure the overlapping of the fiber.
    • Controlling the dimension of the product by controlling the limits of transversal movement and total rotation shaping the object in production.
    • Manual Control facilities and machine learning facilities making the programing simple by manual production and saving as a new product program. After saving trimming the program is possible.
    • Saving up to 10 program for different products.  Over writing of the programs is possible.
