Project aim: Establishing a new formalin unit

The most important activities:

Design, implementation, test and installation of all electrical and instrumentation operations

Route implementation including production and installation of supports and brackets, installation of trays, cable ladders and conduits

Electrical cabling, instrumentation and control, as well as implementing  connections, Megger test and loop test

implementation, testing and setting up all operations in the instrumentation section, as well as tubing and hook-up

Implementation and installation of fire alarm and extinguishing including Gas detector  ، Flame Detector، Smoke Detector

Calibration of all instrumentations (Temperature, pressure, area, flow)

Including all detectors, calibration of all instrumentation equipments for temperature and pressure

Design, construction and installation of various electrical power boards
Installation and implementation of various industrial electromotors as well as relevant FC ، Soft Starter، Liquid starter 
Installation of various types of UPS and battery systems

Design and implementation of all operations related to lighting system, including production and installation of lighting panels

Design and implementation of earth and lightning system

Design, manufacture and installation of control and automation system (PMS)

Implementation, test and installation of  all Piping operations

painting and sandblasting operations along with quality control and related inspections

Perform argon and electric welding on lines including  stainless steel  and carbon steel

Installation of all types of manual and control valves - Performing a variety of non-destructive tests such as RT PT MT

Performing Rupture and pneumatic test, hydraulic test, flushing and drying for all lines as a test package

Installation of various accordion fittings, filters and strainers

Production and installation of various pipe supports

Cold and hot insulation of lines, valves and fixed equipment (tanks and reactors)

Implementation of  Electrical & Steam Tracing system
