NGL Jetty Loading Terminal
For exporting LPG and condensate from Siri NGL Plant the EPC contract for the facilities in Siri Jetty is awarded to a Consortium, in which Fars Scout Industrial Company was responsible for Procurement and construction Part. Below the detail of the most important jobs in this project is presented which consist of the procurement and construction activities done by the company.
● Civil Works:
− Onshore concrete works and steel structure supply and installation for pipe rack.
− Offshore concrete works on pile caps and steel structure supply and installation for pipe rack on the sea and Dolphin concrete job for fixing the ships while loading the products.
● Pile driving from the sea:
− Pile driving for pipe rack. Three pipe rack stand was provided by 12 piles driving.
− Pile driving for pipe rack barrier. Nine piles were driven for gas pipe rack protection by providing barriers.
− Pile driving for Dolphin. Twenty seven piles were driven for Dolphin.
All of these piles were driven on sea providing ship with suitable crane and pile driving equipment.
● Piping onshore and offshore
− Piping from the income to jetty area for four products and return lines and flare lines were supplied and constructed by the company.
− All manual and pneumatic actuated valves were supplied and installed in the jetty area.

● Instrumentation:
− All instruments in jetty area was supplied and installed by the company. As the area is hazardous the instruments were either intrinsically safe or explosion proof. The instruments were pressure, temperature, flow, level and F&G sensors.
● Electrical:
− All withdrawable MCC and distribution panels in jetty area were supplied and installed by the company.
− All earth, lighting, lightening, sockets, and cabling in jetty area were supplied and installed by the company.
− All motors, UPS, cathodic Protection transformer, JBs and electrodes in jetty area were supplied and installed by the company.
● Control system:
− DCS, ESD, and F&G system for jetty area were supplied and installed and commissioned by the company.
− The control system in jetty area were combined in the plant control system by fiber optic network provided.
− PMS (Power management system) required information were provided for that system in jetty area by the company.
− UPS and BMS (battery management system) in jetty area were supplied, installed and commissioned by the company.
● Plant Water Station:
− Supply, installation and commissioning of suspension water pumps for the plant water supply.
− Supply, installation and commissioning water filter for the plant water supply .
− Supply, installation and commissioning of chlorine system for the plant water supply .
− extension of the building on sea for water station.
● Loading Arm installation:
− Installation and commissioning of four loading arms for four products.
− The Installation of loading arms were happened from sea supplying 150 ton crane.
− Local control of loading arms were commission in jetty control room with link to DCS system.
− The Jetty head steel structure were strengthened to bear the weight of loading arms
● Metering and proving of the loading products:
− Four Ultrasonic Flow meters were supplied and commissioned for the products.
− For calibration of Ultrasonic Flow meters two turbine type flow meters were supplied and commissioned. Piping and needed valves to put the turbine type flow meters in series with the ultrasonic flow meters for calibration were also supplied and commissioned.
− For proving the turbine type flow meters Prover package were supplied and installed. The Prover package was consisted of:
− U-type Ball Prover with the length of 12 meter to be put in series with turbine type flow meters and calibrate and prove the turbine type flow meters.
− Water draw package was provided to provide fluid needed to pass through the U-type flow meters and turbine type flow meter for calibration and proving.
− To Prove the U-type Ball Prover two calibrated cans were supplied and delivered so that by passing water from U-Type ball prover and filling the calibrated cans the U-type Ball Prover is proved.
− Flow Computers and needed transmitter were supplied not only to compute the mass flow but also automatic calibration and proving by the command and inputs available in the supplied flow computer.
− An Industrial computer with the needed software also was supplied to monitor and control all the metering , calibration, proving activities..
