Fars Scout Industrial Co. was the electrical, control and instrumentation consultant in a number of cement new plant projects. Brief description of the various detailed design activities done in these 3300 Ton Per day Production plants were:

• Detailed design Earthing system of the production line including geo electric computation, preparation of Earthing network topology, calculation and material take off.  
•  Detailed design of Power distribution system, including computation of power consumption in production line, preparation of single power line diagram and etc.
• Detailed design of lightening arrester system in production line. 
• Detailed design of lighting system of the production line including determination of lighting levels in different parts of the production line, preparation installation layout of lighting system.
• Detailed design of main MV substation including, single line, panel layout and consumer calculation and protection settings.
• Detail engineering of LV distribution panels.
• Detailed design of emergency power consumer and the requirement of the system including diesel generators and UPS’s .
• Detailed design of MCCs and required panels .
• Detailed design of lightening arrester system in production line. 
• Detailed Control design including overall plant flow sheets, control logic diagram, control system I/O allocation, and panel design.
•  Configuration the control system architecture and Control signal event and action chart and alarm tables and HMA detail Specification.
• Instrumentation engineering instrument location layout, JB configuration, instrument specification and material take off.
• including Tray, ladder and cabling engineering for all production departments including power MV and LV cables, Control and instrumentation cables. Cable sizing, cable specification assignment and material take off were including in this activity.
• Detailed design of  CCTV system for kiln and cooler .
