Engineering Activities:

Rotary Packer building was decided to be placed besides the existing building in such a way that feeding to the new packer to be possible from existing elevators in old building. Also the delivery of the packed cement bags from old and new packers to old and new truck loaders were requested to be possible. Implementing these criteria made the engineering rather complicated.
Civil Design of the Rotary Packer Building in 5 level and truck loader building in 3 level close to existing buildings
Design of mechanical machineries installation layout and local machineries construction design for the new packer facilities
Design of electrical, control and instrumentation installation layout and electrical and control panels design for the new packer facilities
Electrical and utility design of new Terminal building.

Civil works:

Civil Construction of the Rotary Packer Building in 5 level and truck loader building in 3 level close to existing buildings.
Civil Construction of factory new Terminal Building in 3 floor.
Leveling and concreting in new terminal area
Leveling and concreting in parking area inside and outside of the factory
Leveling and concreting in production line area.

A large portion of the plant equipment is supplied from China by client and the nominal production of the plant is 3000 Ton per day Portland Cement.
