In addition to major projects, in construction of Cement plants or in cement expansion plants, the company has done several small projects in various cements in the history of the company, the most important ones are listed below:

Karun Cement Plant:           

mechanical and electrical installation and commissioning of new VENTOMATIC ROTARY PACKERS of karun cement factory in the building designed for installation of another type of rotary packer (Hover and Booker) which had considering dimensional deviations and made the job hard and needed special modifications in mechanical installation to accomplish the job. The Rotary packer had 120 Ton/Hour capacity.

Isfahan Cement Plant:

Control and monitoring system of Isfahan Cement Production No.1 & 2 including Kiln and preheater and the Raw Mill department and electrical filters. The system was provided using ( CPU 317-2 DP ) hardware and ( SIMATIC WINCC ) Siemens software package.

This control system included about 1000 I/Os, and two rock mount Advantech Industrial PC ( IPC-623 ) provided for HMI .

Tehran Cement Plant:

Supply of interface cards, and replacement of PC computers to substitute old computers that thy were obsolete, and bringing back the ARL Analyzer system into services.

Lushan Cement Plant:

Design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning of 6 DC feeding control systems for cement mills in order to upgrade the mill input weighter systems. The systems provided close loop control of feeding material to mill.

Khazar Cement Plant:

Design, supply, and commissioning of 450KW Motor DC Driver.

Supply of monitoring system of the factory Kiln.

Heat Control the bearing and lining of the kiln.

Upgrading of Plant Control system providing control system architecture including PLCs, three operator stations and two servers.

Behbahan Cement Plant:

Design, supply, and construction a Truck weighing system with capacity of 12o Ton including all civil and structure works, supply of load cells and display system. Weighing equipment of the system including load cells was supplied from Japanese A&D company.
